Mr Premji used to visit key customers, and used to insist on meeting the operational managers from customer organizations. Even today I remember Mr Premji's visit and meeting with me, when I was a customer, accompanied by Wipro's Account Manager - on 12th July 1993. Later I had a chance to go through their internal note - made by their Account Manager - where in Mr Premji had described me as a 'Demanding Customer'
